When we bought our house in May, updating the floors immediately rose to the top of my home renovation to-do list. It’s somewhere between overhauling our backyard and gutting our master bathroom.
But thanks to our AC going out this July, replacing our current tile and laminate has fallen down the timeline and likely won’t be completed until spring.

Like many, many others who are a fan of Chip and Joanna Gaines, I was up early Sunday morning for the launch of their new farmhouse style home brand at Target, Hearth & Hand.
Since it was cold and rainy, I decided to try my luck at shopping the line on target.com instead of heading out to the store.
Much to my surprise, I was able to score almost everything I wanted, and for the items I couldn’t snag online, I ended up going to Target for anyway.
